Product Warranty

As both a supplier and reseller for various products sold by Cleveland Scientific, Ltd's product warranty is exclusively limited to the replacement of any product that is determined to be defective by both Cleveland Scientific, Ltd and its customer. CLEVELAND SCIENTIFIC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, STATUTORY WARRANTIES AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event shall Cleveland Scientific, Ltd be liable for any consequential, special or indirect damages arising out of or from the use of any of the products sold by it. Customer agrees that Cleveland Scientific, Ltd, will not accept responsibility for and will not be held liable for any loss, damage, expense, or injury to any person(s) or property, which results from the use of products sold by Cleveland Scientific, Ltd.

 All of our products are customer satisfaction guaranteed. Cleveland Scientific will replace any product if broken or defective. Product quality and performance are guaranteed if the products are used as intended, stored properly and used before the stated date of expiration.

Our animal blood products and serums are intended for use as a component material only and are not for human use or Vitro Diagnostic use without additional processing.

Storage information

All animal blood products are shipped on ice and need to be stored upon arrival between  2 degrees C and 8 degrees C.
